Excellent picture quality, HDR videos look awesome, sound is good.

Now let's get real, there are some major issues
1. One major issue is with wifi, it takes forever to connect.
2. Ultra hd videos played through Netflix, Amazon Prime or Youtube plays very jerky. Audio drops all the time. Problem is not related to internet speed.
3. 4K videos doesn't play through USB.
4. The person who came for installation didn't know how to make ARC work between TV and HTS. He struggled even called his office but no one could help. He even said the problem is with my Philips HTS. I had to show him how to make it work. Please give them proper training.
